I had a great stay. The hotel was lovely small, as expected. The location of the property was great and peaceful, close to the beach. It was also near bus station and airport and a taxi from Fiumincino Airport and nice restaurant.

Greatly enjoyed this lovely small hotel, easy to find. Rooms where brand-new and provided with balcony and a spa bath and lovely views. In general the stuff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was in a favourable location really close to the terminal and a great restaurant. Mast Ristorante, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining...

The room was brand-new and relaxing with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom. The staff was affable and outstandingly accommodating, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Had pleasant experience, overall good small place.
The location for Fiumicino was quiet, next to a local taxi as well as bus station. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a spa bath, the bed was comfortable. The service was all in all outstanding.
